How are you doing, dear GrayViners? I hope you woke up on the right side of the bed this morning!

I had a long night packing for our trip, so I woke up kind of sluggish—and yes, the first thing I did was reach for my phone. It’s a habit I’ve been trying to break! Honestly, it’s tough for me to be mindful right when I wake up. At this point, grabbing my phone feels almost automatic. Do you have a habit you just can’t seem to shake?
