This might be the happiest kitchen accident I’ve ever heard! I love that the “mistake” became the favorite. Apple cider vinegar has a way of waking up the whole dish, doesn’t it?

The Jerk sauce is very, very good. Sweet with a bit of heat. Can't stop eating them. There are never any leftovers!
