I too am disabled and wish I could go back to Phoenix (Sun City) to see my folks before they pass. I don't think it will happen. I just hate it when the only time you really see all of your family is at a funeral.

During my lifetime, I’ve been lucky enough to travel the world (business and pleasure) - but if I had a magic wand, today I’d transport myself to MY ‘happiest place on earth’, Yosemite. Originally named “Ahwahnee” by the indigenous Miwok peoples, it meant “peaceful valley”.

I would want to go to Germany to visit with cousins. Unfortunately since I take care of my elderly mom who is blind and disabled I currently cannot travel there. My mom has been there several times but I never had the time when she went.

Destin Florida on the beach!! I the beach, and Destin is just a car ride away. No planes, trains ! Just a leisurely, “stop when you want to ride to “ the Gulf.

Destin sounds like the perfect beach escape — love that it’s close enough for a relaxed, no-fuss trip where you can just stop and enjoy the journey. There’s nothing quite like feeling the sand and sea without the hassle of planes or trains. Sounds dreamy! Thank you for sharing @diflicimay !
