This morning’s saucy thought spiral bubbled up while I was staring at my plate:
If you had to choose just one forever, are you team pasta with red sauce or team pasta with white sauce ?

At first, I was sure I’d stick with red—tangy, hearty, and timeless. But white sauce has that creamy, garlicky magic that makes every bite feel indulgent. Hard to pick a side.

Clearly my choice is for RED SAUCE forever! I was in my mid 40’s before I tried white sauce. I didn’t like it at all. I tried it from several different places and thought it could never taste good enough to keep trying to taste it again!
I don’t much care if red sauce is with meat plain or with meatballs. It’s great as long as it’s red sauce!
