As for me, I’ll be off to the playground with my nephew, and I’m secretly hoping I can still squeeze into the swings! It got me wondering: when you were a kid, did you make a beeline for the swings, or did the slides steal your heart? Share your pick with us in the comments!

The swings!! Go as high as you can and jump off!! Had good knees back then!! BUT, my all time favorite was called the maypoles.

I loved the seesaw. It was both fun and scarey. You never knew if the other person would jump off and slam you to the ground.

I’m all for the SWINGS! I would pretend I was launching off to the moon! I loved the feel when you’re at the top. The moment when you feel like you’re floating for a brief moment. Closing my eyes made it all the more special.
