Hey, GrayViners!

Pull up a chair and let’s share something a little closer to the heart today. 🌸✨

I hope your week has been sprinkled with small joys and good company. Lately, I’ve found myself reflecting on the ways our families live on in us—sometimes in the obvious things, like a smile or laugh, and sometimes in the quiet details, like the way we cook, speak, or see the world.

Maybe you carry your mom’s gentle patience, your dad’s humor, or a grandparent’s wisdom that still guides you. These little pieces of them shape who we are, often in ways we don’t even realize until someone points it out.

So here’s my question: Who do you think you take after more—your mom, your dad, or maybe someone else who left their mark on you?

I’d love to hear the stories and memories that make you feel connected to them. ❤️‍🩹

Wishing you a weekend filled with love, warmth, and sweet reminders of the people who made you who you are,
Sophia

I believe i take after my father. He was even tempered. He looked out for people and enjoyed them. He had a good sense of humor and enjoyed life. My Dad loved Dogs and animals in general. He was strong and well build surviving a fall from a 2 story building and a fork lift at the back of the head. He loved kids. While at a church baseball game a toddler ran onto the field. My father was worried the little one would get hurt. I told him the players would look out for the child and the child would be fine.

I take after my Mom. I still call her weekly and we can talk for hours. She taught me manners and to never go out without your makeup on!

I would have to say my grandmother, because my mom died when I was 11 and my dad wasn’t around much, he was a merchant seaman
