General Discussion Thread 10.01.2025

Time to flip your calendars, dear GrayViners—it’s a brand new month already! Can you believe we’re entering the last quarter of 2025? My, how the days fly!

I hope you have plenty of fun things lined up to look forward to this October. Let’s kick it off with a playful thought: if you had a twin, would you want them to be the same gender—or would you prefer a fraternal match?

My sister and I were born just 18 months apart, and we basically grew up like twins—we wore the same clothes in different colors, shared toys and school stuff, and did almost everything together. We also fought a lot, so I’m not sure I’d want a twin of the same gender. I imagine it would be very different if I had a twin brother!

Now it's your turn—I’d love to hear your answers!

I would definitely want an opposite sex twin. I was always very close to my brother. I would want my twin to be like him.

I believe the word you wanted was identical twins.
I am a fraternal twin being the same gender. My parents Alway dressed us the same and I hated that. Being a twin is not easy. Some of my friends became her friends as well some of my boyfriends dumped me and went out with her.
Being fraternal at least we had our own identity (looks).
I did date an identical twin but I was able to tell the difference between them.
My older sister has twins (boy and a girl) they are very close with each other.

I have 2 brothers. I thought I would like to have an identical twin sister. The boys would have each other and I would have another girl to play with. The 3 of us are all good friends now despite all the fighting we were having.
