I'm happy to have woken up this morning. I will be happy when the election is over which will reduce the number of text messages, phone calls, and mail pamphlets. It is rainy here today so I plan on doing a little sewing, housework, and work on writing/revising a book I'm attempting to write. Maybe I will stay in my pjs most of the day. LOL. Of course, I always need to do my daily exercise which sometimes I must talk myself into doing it. Any tips on motivation to exercise is appreciated. I tend to go on streaks of consistency and the complacency with exercise. I wish you all have a great day.
