Ingredients:
- 3 cups diced cooked ham
- 4 cups peeled, diced potatoes
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add ham and potatoes; cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour in broth; bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Stir in cream; heat through (don't boil). Season to taste.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
