Have you read something recently that “hits different”?
I’m still recovering from the flu, so my weekend plans include lots of rest, snuggling up in a cozy blanket, and getting lost in a good book with a warm cup of coffee by my side. Right now, I’m reading All The Lovers In The Night by Mieko Kawakami, and oh my, it’s so beautifully written! I’ve gotten to the point where I just want to highlight every page—it’s that good and really hits different! Oh, did you catch that? “Hits different” is used to describe when something resonates deeply or feels particularly impactful. So, have you read something recently that “hit different”?
