Ingredients:
  • 1 cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup chopped fruit of your choice (berries, peaches, mangoes, bananas—fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup honey (or to taste)
Instructions:
  1. Blend it up: Combine the yogurt, fruit, and honey in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. Taste and add more honey if you’d like it sweeter.
  2. Pour & freeze: Spoon the mixture into popsicle molds. Cover and freeze for at least 6–8 hours, or overnight.
  3. Pop & enjoy: When ready to serve, let the molds sit at room temp for 5 minutes or run them under warm water to loosen. Gently wiggle the sticks to release the pops.
Switch up the fruit, swirl in a little vanilla, or even add a sprinkle of granola before freezing for a breakfast-style pop! It’s your summer snack, your way.
