Ingredients:
- 1 cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt
- 1 cup chopped fruit of your choice (berries, peaches, mangoes, bananas—fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 cup honey (or to taste)
- Blend it up: Combine the yogurt, fruit, and honey in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. Taste and add more honey if you’d like it sweeter.
- Pour & freeze: Spoon the mixture into popsicle molds. Cover and freeze for at least 6–8 hours, or overnight.
- Pop & enjoy: When ready to serve, let the molds sit at room temp for 5 minutes or run them under warm water to loosen. Gently wiggle the sticks to release the pops.
