Heaven Sent
An elderly woman rushed to the pharmacy to pick up her medication, but when she returned to her car, she realized she’d locked her keys inside.
Looking around, she spotted an old rusty coat hanger on the ground. She picked it up and sighed. “I have no idea how to use this,” she whispered. Then, with a little smile, she bowed her head and murmured, “Please… let someone come along who can help.”
A few minutes later, a beat-up motorcycle pulled into the parking lot. A bearded man wearing a skull rag climbed off and asked, “Need a hand, ma’am?”
She explained, “My daughter’s sick, and I’ve locked my keys in the car. Think you could help me with this hanger?”
The biker grinned. “Sure thing.” In less than a minute, her car was open.
Overcome with relief, she hugged him and said, “Thank you—the heavens must have sent you.”
The man chuckled. “Ma’am, I just got out of prison yesterday… for car theft.”
She laughed through her tears and said, “Well then, looks like I was sent a real professional!”
