Honey Glazed Chicken

Tender chicken coated in a sweet and savory honey glaze—this simple dish is packed with flavor and perfect for any night of the week! 🍯🍗

Ingredients:
  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions:
  1. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and minced garlic.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5–7 minutes per side.
  5. Pour the honey mixture over the chicken and continue cooking, spooning the sauce over the chicken, until it’s cooked through and glazed, about 5 minutes more.
  6. Serve hot with extra sauce drizzled on top.
