Ingredients:
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- ⅓ cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and minced garlic.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5–7 minutes per side.
- Pour the honey mixture over the chicken and continue cooking, spooning the sauce over the chicken, until it’s cooked through and glazed, about 5 minutes more.
- Serve hot with extra sauce drizzled on top.
