- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 pork sirloin cutlets (4 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup honey
Directions:
- In a small bowl, combine flour, salt, and pepper. Lightly coat both sides of each pork cutlet with the mixture.
- Heat butter in a large skillet (cast iron works great!) over medium heat. Add pork and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until a meat thermometer reads 145°F. Remove pork from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add lemon juice and honey. Stir and cook over medium heat until the sauce thickens slightly, about 3 minutes.
- Return the pork to the pan, spoon the sauce over the cutlets, and heat through. Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
