How Has Your Week Been?
I'm going to be honest, I had a long and tiring week! While I'm glad I managed to pull through, I'm still going to decompress by brewing a nice cup of coffee (with a splash of milk drizzled with some chocolate syrup), picking out a book from my shelf, and just hanging out on the couch this weekend without a care in the world. I guess I just need to feel like I'm doing a good job of taking care of myself and putting my needs first. What about you? How do you decompress after a long and tiring week?
