Juice from 4 lemons
4 oz fresh turmeric (about ½ cup)
6-inch knob fresh ginger
½ cup pineapple chunks
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp coconut oil (helps with turmeric absorption)
½ cup water (add more if needed)
Instructions:
Sweetness Tip: Pineapple adds a natural sweetness, but you can add more or mix in a little raw honey if desired.
