Ingredients:
- 1 lb no-salt-added ground pork
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tbsp low-sodium Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp ground sage
- ½ tsp dried rosemary
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp red chili flakes (optional)
Directions:
- In a bowl, mix pork with maple syrup, Worcestershire, garlic/onion powders, sage, rosemary, pepper, and chili flakes.
- Heat a cast-iron or nonstick skillet over medium.
- Form 12–15 golf-ball-size portions; flatten into patties.
- Cook 4 minutes per side until browned and the centers reach 145°F.
- Serve hot. Refrigerate leftovers up to 3 days.
