Ingredients:
  • 4 ripe mangoes, peeled, seeded, and cubed
  • 1 cup simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
Directions:
  1. Place the cubed mango into a food processor or blender and purée until smooth.
  2. Add the simple syrup and lime juice to the mango purée. Blend until the mixture is well combined and smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions, typically about 20 minutes.
  4. Transfer the sorbet to an airtight container and freeze until firm, about 2 hours.
  5. Before serving, let the sorbet sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly for easier scooping.
