Officer On A Mission
A driver was pulled over for speeding, but before the officer could say a word, he blurted out, “Please, let me explain! My mother-in-law’s in the back seat. She’s been living with us for three months, and today she finally agreed to go back to her own house. I just need to get her there before she changes her mind!”
The officer peered into the car, then nodded seriously. “Sir,” he said, “get back in your vehicle. I’m giving you a full police escort. We’re not taking any chances today.”
