Older than the Trees
Hey everyone! I came across something pretty wild and thought I’d share. Did you know that sharks have been around for longer than trees?!
It’s true! Sharks have been swimming in our oceans for over 400 million years, while trees showed up about 350 million years ago. I mean, sharks were cruising around before even the first forest grew—how crazy is that?
I had no idea they were that ancient, and it’s kind of mind-blowing to think about how these creatures have survived for so long. Just wanted to drop this little nugget of knowledge for anyone else who loves fun facts! Let us know if you’ve heard anything else equally surprising here!
