Ingredients:

Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound Italian sausage, casings removed
- 1 (16-ounce) package of orecchiette pasta
- 1 (28-ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (14.5-ounce) can chicken broth
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 6 cups baby spinach leaves
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sausage and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in the orecchiette, diced tomatoes (with their juice), chicken broth, and red pepper flakes if using.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered for about 15 minutes, or until the pasta is tender and the liquid has mostly reduced. Stir occasionally.
- Add the spinach and cook until just wilted, about 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Serve warm and enjoy the hearty, one-pan goodness.
