Oreo Balls

No bake, no fuss, just pure chocolatey bliss. These Oreo Balls are a hit at parties, potlucks, or whenever you’re craving something sweet, creamy, and crunchy.

Ingredients:
  • 1 (14.3 ounce) package Oreo cookies
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages semisweet baking chocolate, melted
Directions:
  1. Place the Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form. Set aside 1/4 cup of crumbs for garnish, if desired.
  2. Mix the remaining crumbs with softened cream cheese until well combined and a sticky dough forms.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with wax paper.
  4. Freeze the balls for about 15 minutes.
  5. Dip the chilled balls in melted chocolate using a fork or dipping tool. Place back on the wax paper.
  6. Sprinkle with reserved cookie crumbs if desired.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until firm.
