They're slicing away 13 items but spicing things up by introducing 23 new ones. This change is already in effect across all locations, so brace yourselves for a fresh wave of flavors.

The latest additions span appetizers, cocktails, and entrées, and are designed to “bring even more variety” to the chain’s already notoriously extensive menu. A company spokesperson shared that new menu items are typically introduced twice a year.

So far, the Cheesecake Factory reported that it has over 250 items on its menu.

Here's a sneak peek at some of the fresh faces on the menu:

- Ahi Tuna & Shrimp Ceviche: A coastal twist that's sure to refresh your palate.
- Chicken Shawarma: A Middle Eastern delight that promises a whirl of flavors.
- Double Smash Cheeseburger: Because sometimes, more is more when it comes to comfort food.
- Grilled Branzino: A light and flaky choice for those seeking something from the sea.
- Spicy Ginger Beef Tenderloin: A dish that's bound to kick things up a notch.

And let's not forget the little ones—there's even a Kids' Strawberry Shortcake to sweeten the deal.

As we welcome the newcomers, we bid adieu to some old favorites. Among the 13 retired items are the Everything Flatbread Pizza, the Mushroom Burger, and the Spicy Cashew Chicken.

While it's always hard to say goodbye, the Cheesecake Factory assures us that this is part of their regular refresh, which happens twice a year.
