Peach-Prosciutto Pizza

Sweet, salty, and utterly irresistible—this unexpected pizza combo will change your dinner game!

Ingredients:
  • 1 Recipe Neapolitan Pizza Dough linked in blog post
  • 1 batch whipped feta or other creamy cheese
  • 6-8 slices prosciutto
  • Several big chunks of fresh mozzarella
  • 1-2 fresh peaches, sliced
  • Fresh basil
  • Optional: Rosemary olive oil and Raspberry balsamic, or regular olive oil and balsamic
Method:
  1. Shape the dough into an 8–10-inch circle and transfer it to a cornmeal-dusted pizza peel. Top with whipped feta, then layer on prosciutto, mozzarella pieces, and peach slices.
  2. Bake the pizza using your preferred method—a pizza oven, standard oven, or grill—as outlined in the blog post.
  3. Finish with a sprinkle of fresh basil, a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic glaze, then slice and serve.
