Ingredients:
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
Directions:
  1. In a medium bowl, stir oats, peanut butter, honey, chocolate chips, and coconut until fully combined.
  2. Scoop out about 1 tablespoon at a time and roll into balls using your hands.
  3. If the mixture is too sticky, refrigerate it for 20–30 minutes before rolling.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for longer storage.
