Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Bites

The perfect, healthy treat that's smooth in the center and crisp on the outside!

Ingredients
  • ½ cup full fat Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup peanut butter powder
  • 1 Tablespoon peanut butter
  • ½ tablespoon maple syrup
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • flaky sea salt, for topping (optional)
Method
  1. Add Greek yogurt, peanut butter powder, peanut butter and maple syrup to a bowl. Stir to combine.
  2. Scoop mixture onto a parchment lined plate or small baking tray. I used a medium cookie scoop, which made 6 bites.
  3. Place bites in the freezer for about 10-20 minutes or until solid to the touch.
  4. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil. Dip each yogurt bite into the melted chocolate to coat. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and place in the fridge for the chocolate to set and enjoy. Store bites in the fridge for 3-4 days.
