Ingredients:

1 cup confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
3 tablespoons butter, softened
1 pound white candy coating, coarsely chopped
Finely chopped peanuts (optional for topping)

Directions:
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the confectioners' sugar, peanut butter, and softened butter. Chill the mixture in the freezer for 30 minutes or until it’s firm enough to handle.
  2. Roll the chilled mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a waxed paper-lined baking sheet. Freeze for another 30 minutes or until the balls are firm.
  3. While the peanut butter balls are freezing, melt the white candy coating in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  4. Dip each ball into the melted candy coating, then place it back on the waxed paper to harden. If desired, sprinkle the tops with finely chopped peanuts before the coating sets.
  5. Let them cool and enjoy these sweet, creamy bites!
