Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 pound beef sirloin, cut into 2-inch strips
- 1 ½ cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 2 carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds (optional)
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add beef strips and cook until browned, about 3–4 minutes. Remove beef and set aside.
- In the same skillet, stir-fry broccoli, bell pepper, carrots, green onion, and garlic for about 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return the beef to the skillet and add soy sauce; cook and stir until heated through.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired before serving.
