Quick Beef Stir-Fry

Fast, flavorful, and packed with tender beef and crisp veggies—this quick beef stir-fry is perfect for busy weeknights! 🥩🥢

Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 pound beef sirloin, cut into 2-inch strips
  • 1 ½ cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 2 carrots, thinly sliced
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds (optional)
Directions:
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add beef strips and cook until browned, about 3–4 minutes. Remove beef and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, stir-fry broccoli, bell pepper, carrots, green onion, and garlic for about 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. Return the beef to the skillet and add soy sauce; cook and stir until heated through.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired before serving.
