Quote Of The Day 07.04.25
“If music be the food of love, play on.”
- William Shakespeare
- William Shakespeare
There’s something about music that touches the heart and soul in a way nothing else can. A single melody can sweep us back in time, stir old emotions, or wrap us in the comfort of a memory. Love songs especially tend to leave a lasting mark—whether it’s the one that played at a special moment of your life or the one a loved one sang just for you.
While many love songs are about romantic relationships, one of my favorites is about self-love. It’s called Answer: Love Myself, and it contains one of the most poetic lines I’ve ever come across: “When even the scars made by your own mistake mark your constellations.” It’s a reminder that even our regrets or mistakes become part of our story, and they make up something beautiful.
How about you? What’s your favorite love song? I’d love to hear it—share it in the comments below!
