Quote of the Day - 09.26.2025
“Anyone who keeps the ability to see beauty never grows old.” – Franz Kafka
Beauty isn’t just found in big, breathtaking moments—it’s all around us if we choose to notice. It might be the pink glow of the sky just before sunrise, the sound of grandkids’ laughter drifting through the house, or the quiet comfort of your favorite chair and a good book.
For me, I don’t usually like it when I’m out and it starts to rain, but I can’t help finding something beautiful in the way the lights reflect on car windows and shine across the wet roads. When we pause to appreciate those little sparks of beauty, something inside us feels lighter, brighter, and yes—ageless.
This week, try looking for one small thing each day that makes you smile or fills you with wonder. You may be surprised at how it shifts your mood.
