Ingredients:
  • 4 rib eye steaks (about 5 ounces each)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 stick softened butter
  • 1 large yellow onion, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
Method:
  1. Heat up your grill to high or fire up your outdoor grill.
  2. Season the steaks with salt and pepper, then coat both sides with half a stick of butter.
  3. Grill for 3 to 4 minutes per side until medium-rare, then remove and keep warm. (Alternatively, cook them in a skillet over medium-high heat.)
  4. In a large skillet, melt the remaining butter over medium-high heat, then sauté the onions until golden, about 7 to 8 minutes. Stir in the cream, a pinch of salt and pepper, and Worcestershire sauce, letting it bubble. Add the blue cheese and stir until melted, adjusting seasoning as needed.
  5. Serve the steaks with a generous spoonful of sauce.
  6. Take a bite—pure bliss awaits!
