Sausage Stuffed Jalapeños

Looking for the ultimate spicy, creamy, cheesy appetizer? These Sausage Stuffed Jalapeños are a knockout! Perfect for parties, BBQs, or a bold snack.

Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground pork sausage
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pound large fresh jalapeño peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded
  • 1 (8 ounce) bottle ranch dressing (Optional)
Directions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly. Drain well.
  3. In a bowl, mix the sausage with cream cheese and Parmesan until evenly combined.
  4. Spoon the mixture into each jalapeño half.
  5. Arrange stuffed peppers on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until bubbly and slightly browned.
