Scrambled Egg with Tofu

Ingredients:
  • Eggs
  • Firm tofu
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil or butter
  • Optional add-ins: herbs, vegetables, or seasonings
Directions:
  1. Crumble tofu into small pieces.
  2. Beat eggs and season them.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet, add tofu, then pour in eggs over it.
  4. Stir gently, cooking until eggs are fully set and tofu is warmed through.
  5. Season to taste and serve immediately.
