Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Pork

The meat practically melts in your mouth!

Ingredients
  • 3 lb. boneless pork shoulder
  • 2 tbsp. herb and garlic seasoning
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
Method
  1. Rub pork shoulder with seasoning and place in slow cooker
  2. Mix together bbq sauce, vinegar and broth and add to slow cooker
  3. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-5 until pork reaches internal temperature of 205 degrees
  4. Remove pork and shred
  5. Add about 1/4 - 1/2 cup of the juices back to pork and discard the rest
  6. Add additional BBQ sauce if desired
