Ingredients:

1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp mustard
1 tbsp relish
1/2 tsp hot sauce
1 lb ground round
1 tsp Kosher salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
4 (6-inch) flour tortillas
2 slices American cheese, cut in half lengthwise
1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
1/4 cup diced onion

Directions:
  1. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, and hot sauce to create the sauce. Set it aside.
  2. Heat a griddle or skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Divide the ground beef into 4 loose portions and place them in mounds on the griddle. Season evenly with salt and pepper and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Place a tortilla on top of each beef portion and gently press down to flatten the beef to the size of the tortilla.
  5. Cook until the tortilla is golden-brown, about 2 to 3 minutes. Flip each patty over, then top with half a slice of cheese. Cook until the cheese melts and the tortilla is lightly browned.
  6. Top with shredded lettuce and diced onions, then drizzle with the sauce. Fold the tortilla in half like a taco and serve immediately. Enjoy!
