Ingredients:

1 tsp mustard
1 tbsp relish
1/2 tsp hot sauce
1 lb ground round
1 tsp Kosher salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
4 (6-inch) flour tortillas
2 slices American cheese, cut in half lengthwise
1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
1/4 cup diced onion
Directions:
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, and hot sauce to create the sauce. Set it aside.
- Heat a griddle or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Divide the ground beef into 4 loose portions and place them in mounds on the griddle. Season evenly with salt and pepper and cook for 2 minutes.
- Place a tortilla on top of each beef portion and gently press down to flatten the beef to the size of the tortilla.
- Cook until the tortilla is golden-brown, about 2 to 3 minutes. Flip each patty over, then top with half a slice of cheese. Cook until the cheese melts and the tortilla is lightly browned.
- Top with shredded lettuce and diced onions, then drizzle with the sauce. Fold the tortilla in half like a taco and serve immediately. Enjoy!
