Ingredients:
  • 2 (14‑oz) packages extra‑firm, water‑packed tofu, drained
  • ⅔ cup reduced‑sodium soy sauce
  • ⅔ cup lime juice
  • 6 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
Directions:
  1. Pat tofu dry and cut into ½‑ to ¾‑inch cubes.
  2. In a bowl or sealable bag, combine soy sauce, lime juice, and sesame oil. Add tofu and gently toss to coat. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
  3. Preheat oven to 450 °F (230 °C). Remove tofu from marinade (discard marinade) and spread cubes on two baking sheets, making sure they don’t touch.
  4. Roast, gently turning halfway through, until the tofu is golden brown, about 20 minutes.
