Ingredients:
  • 3 cups whole-milk plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups sliced strawberries
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
Method:
  1. Get a large baking sheet with a rim and line it with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the yogurt, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla in a medium bowl. Pour this onto the baking sheet and spread it out to a 10x15-inch size. Add the strawberries and chocolate chips on top.
  3. Freeze it until it's solid (at least 3 hours). When you're ready to eat, just break it or cut it into 32 pieces.
