- ½ cup black beans
- Hummus + water (to make a pourable dressing)
- Microwave the pricked sweet potato on High until soft, about 7–10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a saucepan, wilt the kale (with its residual water), then add the black beans and cook briefly until heated through.
