Here's what to look for: The white plastic bottles in question have specific identifying information on a sticker located underneath the base.

You'll want to find the name “VIVITAR,” along with the description “Blender Bottle” and the item number “ES15-BB-TA.”
Additionally, the code “MID #5220824” is stamped directly on the bottle itself.
Why the Recall?
The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has flagged these bottles because the blender's blades can continue spinning even when the bottle isn't attached to the blender base.
This malfunction creates a significant risk of laceration if someone's fingers come into contact with the rogue blades.
Although only one consumer complaint has been filed, and thankfully no injuries have been reported, the potential for harm is significant enough to prompt this large-scale recall.
