Thanksgiving-Leftover Panini

Holiday leftovers never tasted so indulgent!

Ingredients:
  • 2 slices of sourdough or other leftover bread
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. Maille Dijon Original Mustard
  • 2 slices turkey
  • 1/3 c. stuffing
  • 1/4 c. mashed potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. cranberry sauce
  • Gravy, for dipping (optional)

Method:
  1. Spread the outside of each bread slice with the mayo, reserving 1 tablespoon for inside the sandwich. Preheat a cast-iron pan over medium, or preheat a panini press.
  2. Layer the Maille Dijon Original Mustard, turkey, stuffing, potatoes, cranberry sauce, and reserved mayonnaise on the sandwich. Place in the pan or press and cook, flipping as needed, until the bread is crisp and warmed through, about 3 minutes.
  3. Serve with gravy, if desired.
