The New Housekeeper
Rob and his buddy Dave are walking down the street when they spot a gorgeous woman leaning out of her first-floor window, blowing kisses their way.
Rob nudges Dave. “Hey, look at that—she’s totally flirting with me!”
Dave rolls his eyes. “Yeah, sure she is. Come on, keep walking.”
But then the woman waves for one of them to come upstairs.
Rob grins. “See that? She wants me!”
Dave grabs his arm. “Don’t even think about it. Seriously—don’t go. I—”
But Rob’s already gone. He sprints into the building before Dave can finish, and a few minutes later, the woman lets him in. Things are heating up when suddenly a car horn blares outside.
She freezes. “Oh no—my husband’s home!”
Rob panics. “What do I do?!”
“Quick,” she says, pointing to a giant pile of laundry. “I’ll tell him you’re the new housekeeper. Start ironing—now!”
So Rob spends the whole day ironing while the husband hangs around the apartment.
The next morning, Rob storms over to Dave’s place. “You won’t believe it, man. Her husband came home, and she made me pretend to be the housekeeper! I ironed clothes for hours.”
Dave just shakes his head. “Told you not to go. Those clothes you spent all day ironing? I washed them yesterday.”
