The Trouble With Facial Recognition
One Saturday morning, a wife reached for her phone before even getting out of bed. After a few minutes of tapping and grumbling, she suddenly let out a loud sigh, jumped up, and hurried straight to the bathroom.
Her husband, worried something was wrong, followed her—only to find her at the mirror, putting on makeup in a rush.
Puzzled, he asked, “What’s the hurry? You just woke up, and you don’t even have work today.”
Without looking up, she said, “I locked my phone with facial recognition… and it won’t recognize me without my makeup!”
