Hearthside Food Solutions, LLC, the company behind the recall, has identified that their products contain sesame—an allergen that must be declared on food labels according to FDA regulations but was omitted in this case.
The affected frozen breakfast items were produced between April 1, 2023, and March 25, 2025, boasting a 12-month shelf life.
This issue came to light when Hearthside Food Solutions, LLC, discovered that the French toast component in their breakfast sandwiches included sesame flour, which was not listed on the ingredient label.
For individuals with sesame allergies, this oversight could lead to serious allergic reactions.
Thankfully, there have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions, but the risk remains for those unaware of the allergen's presence.

- 7.3-ounce individually film-wrapped sandwiches labeled 'LETTIERI’S FOOD TO GO Bacon, Egg & Cheese FRENCH TOAST BREAKFAST SANDWICH' with the same range of lot codes.
- Look for the establishment number “EST. V4907” within the USDA mark of inspection.
