Tiramisu Overnight Oats

Ingredients:
2 cups whole milk
1/2 cup espresso or strong coffee
6 Tbsp. maple syrup or honey (divided)
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract (divided)
2 cups rolled oats
8 tsp. chia seeds
2 oz. softened cream cheese
1 container (5.3 oz) vanilla Greek yogurt
Cocoa powder for topping

Instructions:
  1. Mix milk, coffee, 1/4 cup sweetener, and 1 1/2 tsp vanilla. Divide into 4 containers.
  2. Add oats and chia seeds to each, ensuring they’re soaked. Chill 4–12 hours.
  3. Blend cream cheese, yogurt, remaining sweetener, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Top oats with yogurt mixture, sprinkle cocoa powder, and serve chilled.
