2 cups whole milk
1/2 cup espresso or strong coffee
6 Tbsp. maple syrup or honey (divided)
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract (divided)
2 cups rolled oats
8 tsp. chia seeds
2 oz. softened cream cheese
1 container (5.3 oz) vanilla Greek yogurt
Cocoa powder for topping
