• You must have received a notice from Advance Auto Parts stating your information may have been compromised in the 2024 breach.
• You must submit a claim by October 8, 2025—that’s today!
• You’ll need proof of any financial losses you’re claiming, such as invoices, tax statements, or credit reports.

What Can You Get?​

• Up to $5,000 for documented out-of-pocket losses related to the breach (think: costs for credit monitoring, identity theft, or other financial harm).
• An extra $100 if you’re a California resident, thanks to the state’s Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). This law gives Californians extra privacy protections and, in this case, a little extra cash.
• Two years of free credit and identity monitoring through Kroll Essential Monitoring. If you’d rather have cash, you can opt for a $100 payment instead, bringing your total possible payout to $5,200.
