Veggie Peel Chips

Turn your veggie scraps into a crispy, flavorful snack with this easy recipe! Packed with seasoning and oven-baked to perfection, these homemade vegetable peels are a deliciously simple treat that’ll have you snacking smarter.

Ingredients:
  • 3 cups packed vegetable peels (such as russet potatoes, sweet potatoes, and/or large carrots)
  • 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning (or any spice you like)
  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
Directions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F. In a large bowl, toss the vegetable peels with the seasoning and olive oil until evenly coated. Spread the peels in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
  2. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, tossing halfway through and keeping an eye on them during the last few minutes. They should turn golden brown and crispy. Let them cool on the baking sheet before serving.
