They become more than just meals—they become moments.

And this summer, Jack in the Box is bringing back one of those legendary favorites.

A late-night legend makes a comeback

Fans have been asking, and Jack in the Box finally delivered.

The much-loved Chick-N-Tater Melt is returning for a limited time, and it’s headlining the new T-Pain Munchie Meal—a partnership with Grammy-winning artist T-Pain.

Known for its over-the-top ingredients and satisfying flavor, the Chick-N-Tater Melt earned a cult following before it quietly disappeared from the menu.

Now, thanks to this celebrity collab, it’s back and better than ever!

What’s in the T-Pain Munchie Meals?

Starting May 29 through July 27, customers can choose between two new Munchie Meals, both of which are available in-store, online, or through the Jack app.

Each comes with a main sandwich, a taco, curly fries, a stuffed cookie, and a regular-sized drink—playfully labeled a "drank" in honor of T-Pain’s famous song from 2007, "Buy You a Drank.".

Here’s the breakdown:

  • The Chick-N-Tater Melt Munchie Meal includes a crispy chicken patty, hickory-smoked bacon, hash brown, melted Swiss and Cheddar cheese, cheese sauce, and ranch, all layered on a buttery croissant.
  • The Burg-R-Tater Melt Munchie Meal swaps out the chicken for a seasoned beef patty but keeps all the other fixings intact.

As a fun extra, each meal includes a limited-edition T-Pain air freshener.

No word yet on the scent—though we’re hoping it’s more bakery-fresh than drive-thru leftovers!

New flavors and summer exclusives

In addition to the returning melt, Jack in the Box is launching several new items for the summer season:

  • Sour Patch Kids Watermelon drinks – Available in shakes and lemonades for a nostalgic sweet-and-sour twist.
  • Flavored curly fries – Choose between Chili Crisp or BBQ Potato Chip varieties for an extra punch of flavor.
  • Jack Pack loyalty perks – Members can expect exclusive offers and deals throughout the summer.

Why the music tie-in?

Celebrity collaborations continue to be a popular trend in fast food, bringing fans together around shared pop culture moments.

From T-Pain to Ice Cube, these partnerships give menu items a new level of visibility—and a bit of flair.

It’s also a clever way to blend food and fun, particularly for those who enjoy a little personality with their meal.
