What’s your secret to a long and happy life?

For me, I’ve always believed in the little things—a morning walk, a good book, a shared laugh—that add up to a long, happy life. It’s those simple moments that seem to leave the biggest mark.

But that’s just me—now I want to hear from you!

Is it about staying active? Finding joy in the everyday? A favorite recipe that keeps you feeling young? Maybe it’s a piece of advice someone once gave you that stuck with you all these years.

Upon awakening I thank the Lord for rest, then I ask Him to help me to be a blessing to others. Throughout the day I appreciate being physically able to do for myself. In the evening I again give thanks for the day, for my relatives and friends well-being and then I ask as well thank Him for a coming good night's rest. He provides.

At my age i figure i am on my last train ride so am going to take each day at a time and savor every moment. Be it ever small, large or confusing. Yesterday is gone, tomorrow not here yet and today is here. Going to start doing a few bucket list things. Have had some relatives who lived to be late 90's to 100's.

I'm constantly in a survival mode. My life started out being born crippled. Had several other life survival issues. But I thank God I'm still alive. I owe God and excellent surgeons for still being alive today.
