My first choice is over easy or poach. Then hard or soft boiled needs black pepper on it. If I am eating at a diner or anywhere it has to be scrambled.
I Definitely enjoy sunny-side up eggs! Serve them with home fries and some crispy bacon!
Ohhh I know of it as shakshuka—and I agree, it's yummy and easy to make! I also like putting sunny side up over oatmeal and dousing it with sriracha! Have you tried it, @sadieclayladie?
