Hi GrayViners,

Let’s have a little foodie fun today—cheese talk! 🧀✨

If you had to pick just one, what’s your favorite type of cheese?

Maybe it’s a classic cheddar you always keep stocked, a creamy brie for when you’re feeling fancy, or a crumbly blue that pairs perfectly with a glass of wine. Some of us might even be die-hard Swiss or mozzarella fans.

Tell us which cheese tops your list and why—it could be a family recipe, a comfort snack, or just the one you can’t resist sneaking a slice of.

Looking forward to hearing everyone’s cheesy favorites,
Sophia

I love all the cheese you mentioned. I use Reggiano Parmigiano alot. I couldn't live without it.

It's a toss between American n cheddar cuz I use both but, I'll pick American. You can make grilled cheese best with it!

Reggiano Parmigiano is such a staple! 🧀 It really does make everything taste better—do you usually grate it over pasta, or do you enjoy it in other dishes too?

I like to lay a slice of swiss on a cubed steak and add sauteed onions.
That sounds delicious—Swiss with steak and onions is a classic comfort meal. Do you serve it with anything on the side, like potatoes or bread?

Muenster has a new appeal to me. Little more flavor than Mozzarella. Creamy texture. Give it a whirl
Muenster is underrated, I agree! Creamy and just enough tang. Have you tried it in grilled cheese? It melts beautifully.
